If the shipment not delivered within 30 days from the date of shipment made.
If we charged you twice for one order which is not usually we do, but if for some reason you got charge double time then notify us to refund one of the amount.
We make a reshipment/offer replacement for the following reason:
If the shipments/pills crushed on delivery.
If you obtained a partially shipment.
If the package not delivered in average delivery day of the particular shipping method.
However, if you want a refund then we will ask you for a replacement and if you still want a refund it will be processed on your request. if the package takes more than the average delivery days then contact our support to resolve that immediately.
