GrantPharmacy's Shipping Policy has been formulated to offer a commendable user experience to valued customers. The policy enables consumers to factor in the cost of shipping, shipping methods, and other crucial details to make a sound purchase decision.

All the orders placed with GrantPharmacy are shipped using Airmail and EMS. All the medications are packed in plain boxes without any label or identification sign for security purposes. Once the payment is clear, the orders are dispatched within 1-2 days.

An order shipped via Airmail will take approximately 10-18 days to reach the proposed destination, while any order shipped using EMS service will reach the location within 7-10 days. Sometimes, customers may receive their order in just 5- 7 days. Once the order is shipped out, the customers will be provided with an online tracking number via email to track the movement of their order. To pursue your order, you will receive sufficient and credible tracking information within two working days.

At GrantPharmacy.com we were planning to deliver worldwide, but currently, we are shipping our medications to the following countries:

South America: Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay

European Union countries: France, United Kingdom, Belgium, Czech Republic, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Spain. (Some European Country Customs ask for a Prescription, so if you have a prescription, you can send it to us via email).

Oceania: New Zealand, Australia

We will email you to inform you if your order arrives late. Kindly get in touch with us if you receive the order within the stipulated time or the package does not get delivered. We will help you get the order by constantly checking the progress.

Orders received on public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day. They will be dispatched within 12-24 hours’ time strictly. We ask our customers to cooperate by granting extra time on peak delivery days such as Christmas and New Year. Bulk orders will arrive at the location in 2 shipments and may not arrive on the same day.

Note: No orders will be dispatched on Sunday. They will be processed on the next working day.
