• Check the exact URL in your browser address bar and bookmark our official site.
• Look for working support channels: a published phone number, live chat, and a monitored support email.
• Use only payment links we send directly in our emails or from your account dashboard. We do not ask you to share card details by phone.
• Confirm order emails come from our official support address and that replies route back to the same domain.
• Be wary of sites created recently with no verifiable business information or proper support.

We actively report impersonation pages and submit takedown requests to hosts and search engines. Unfortunately, these operators frequently move between servers and countries. We’ll continue focusing on secure operations, responsive support, and transparent communication with you.
